was asking my mate at the gamre yesterday if M Compper was injured as he`s never on the bench. Guy who sits beside us said he had heard a rurmour Compper and Kennedy had fallen out whilst in Dubai, and that Bredan had told him, he was finished at Celtic, as his attidude was to disruptive to the harmony he has in the dressing room.
What do you think Ed. as rumours go its quite a good one. Happy Easter hope Bunny has been good to you.

BuzzBomb. Do you know if two teams in the same CL group have ever met in the final.
With Celtic and Real Madrid having won it 15 times between them, there’s a good chance it could happen this season.

It’s actually happened a couple of times.
Ajax beat AC. Milan 1-0 in the 1995 final after both winning 2-0 in their home group matches.
Also the famous Man Utd injury time comeback against Bayern Munich in 1999.
Both group matches were draws.

I liked CG, one of the best shotstoppers in game but that was his one big thing. He never commanded the box and stood on the goal line inviting shots.

agree Patdabhoy. Reminds me of Van Dyke when he bursts out from back up to half way with two big strides, he`s just not mastered it yet, done it a few times in semi, only to turn ball back to Broonie who had dropped back as cover.
