Don’t think Lennon has any real say in transfers.

It's a question that needs answered because if Jullian and Boli were recommended by Lenny or he sanctioned the transfers in any way, then he deserves to be criticised.
If the recruitment side is out of his hands, then we can't be too critical because its obvious we need better players for Lenny to do a better job.

Lennon said himself that he went to France to talk to Jullien and get him to sign so he must have sanctioned the signing, that's why its confusing with some people saying that Lennon has said he doesn't rate him.
If both stories are true then Lennon needs his balls put in a vice for wasting £7m.

Regardless if signings are Lennons or not, any manager with a brain should play the best team he has from squad. Lennon has failed to do so.

I agree Phil, I don't think its good for morale in the dressing room to see a player like Sinclair being frozen out, that he can't get on the bench. Any one of those players could be next.
