Ed do you think goalkeeper is a position that BR will look to address in the summer? I'm asking because if DDV is contracted until then, we will need to either promote one of the lads to 3rd choice keeper or bring in a new number one and push CG and SB down the pecking order.

{Ed007's Note - I've been hoping Rodgers would address the GK situation since he came, we're never going to progress as a team in Europe with Gordon in goal.}

Ben Woodburn and Predrag Rajkovic are supposed to be two goal keepers we're considering.

Gordon is a very good shot stopper. Kicking is dreadful and never comes off his line which is costing us goals.

Don't think Bain is the answer.

It really surprises me that Rodgers hasn’t tried to bring a new keeper in, he wants to play out from the back yet Gordon’s distribution is awful. How many times against Salzburg did he seem under little pressure yet go long?

Don’t know how good Bain is but I’ve noticed he’s much better with starting attacks and passing under pressure.
