There is one man to blame for our euro failure, his name is brendan rodgers. I'll give him the plaudits when we qualify and win trebles, but he must take responsibility for our failings.

The buck stops with him.

I agree he has to take his share of the blame but at the same time he can't legislate for some of the crazy lapses in concentration we've seen.

Are a lot of them Rodgers signings?, or were they bought for him? .
I'm not sure exactly how the system works in regards to buying players, but if you take Compper for example he gets one game then he is never seen again. That doesn't look to me like a player that the manager wanted.
On a seperate point. The Hamilton match has been switched to the Sunday. I know that Thursdays is the night for the Europa league but considering how close we are to the Hamilton match couldn't the first leg of the qualifier be played on the Tuesday or Wednesday? . I have seen other Europa League games been played on these nights. Sevco played one of their qualifiers on a Tuesday night so it can obviously be done.

If they aren't Rodgers signings why did he say in January the board delivered everything he wanted? Compper and Hendry were signed in the Jan window. If we had signed 2 better CBs instead of them we would have qualified.

So yeah Rodgers is part of the reason we got knocked out and has to take his share of the blame.

Doesn't he highlight what he needs or wants and the buck lies with Scouts/ Congerton/ Lawwell to deliver that?

And if he had got the players he wanted at the start of the summer we might still be in cl. guys like Hendry hayes gamboa were to beef up squad but how many pressers has he done and mentioned quality it's simple the board have not delivered.

In February he was as happy as a bug in a rug . How could P L and the Board annoy him so much, in such a short time . Surely if he could be so happy after the Jan window there must have been a non transfer disagreement to put them at each other in August.

Guys a couple of years ago if i had told u we would win double treble be in CL 2 out of 3 u would have snapped my hands off. We are gutted but let's have some perspective.
