ed, about the capacity of paradise after expansion.
if the average price of a season ticket is £466 and we have 52000 season ticket holders just now, that pulls in just over £24m
we could expand the stadium to 75000 and sell the season books at £350 to 72000 supporters and make £25m.
i know there are a load more fellow tims out there that would go for the lower season book price as its over £100 cheaper and exisiting holders will be happy with the price drop too.

Bringing in only £1M more per season wouldn't make a great business case for increasing capacity. I'm not sure how much these sort of renovations cost but I'd imagine the club would be looking for them to pay for themselves by bringing in a lot of extra ST money.

granted it's only an extra £1m per season, but the happiness of the fans at cheap season tickets and full houses week in week out would be worth it.
look at the likes of bayern munich and barcelona, they sell out all the time due to cheap season tickets, nothing at all to do with superstars or great advertising revenue :)

The Board have a legal responsibility to maximise profits for shareholders, not to maximise attendance at Celtic games . If the board decides to increase capacity they will certainly not be selling cut price season books .
