Yes, 13 year old Dembele on the bench for the development team tonight, far too young I think, thoughts?

If you're good enough you're old enough.

He probably won't play to be fair. It'll be a good experience just to be in and around the older guys.

I think it is to young, we have been stung by doing things like this before remember what's his name who went to Chelsea, so much potential got a bit star struck with himself and went chasing the pound down south, just hope this young lad keeps his feet on the ground and has good advisors.

He has got on 81st minute.

Other teams will be well aware of the boy wether he is in the development team or not unfortunately.

The wee man has just came on in the 81st minute.

Having a word with his namesake couldn't hurt. Seeing players of dembele's calibre coming to us to play must be a good example for him to follow.

Seen a few clips of this wee guy and I must say what a player he looks! Yes he's still only a young boy but if he keeps progressing then he'll be some player! Think it shows the faith the youth team coaches have in him that they put him in the squad!

And he came on in the 81st minute for Jack Aitchison with the 'tic up 3-1. Happy days.

Stengo.

Obviously the youth coaches and what not know a lot more than me about this stuff, yes I'm excited to see a young lad break in to the development team, but a young guy still growing and maturing playing against full grown men it just takes one hit on a boy that size and that's his career over before it has even begun, you wouldn't put a heavy weight in against a feather weight would you,

Jesus we can make a negative out of anything . As far as I know this was a football match and not boxing or wrestling . If boxing or wrestling it certainly wouldn't be the normal to match a heavy weight against a feather weight.

Old bhoy not be negative just cautious, did you see the size of the lad one hit of a big bruiser and it could break his leg easily,

I have a feeling that a rich club will salt him away before he gets near our first team. A bit like that wee ***** who went to Chelsea after all TB did for him and his family.

Loyalty is not a consideration for some when miney is involved. Celtic will need to offer a package similar to any scavengers.

Hope I'm wrong but that's how I see it.

Wee 1888. It doesn't take a big heavy weight to break the leg of a youngster.
I can remember wee Bremmer for Leads Utd and he didn't have any problems trading tackles of the leg break variety with big hard men and neither were injured.

Islam Feruz can be used as a prime example of why he should not leave for the money. My only hope is the boy is kept grounded by his parents and told to ignore the hype and keep working hard because he has achieved very little so far.

Ferez moved against his father's wishes . His mother got carried away with the fairies and no place was good enough for her son . The father appreciate what T Burns had done for family and was well pleased at his development at Celtic .
Not only do we need K Dembele's head to not go off in the clouds we want his mum and dad to keep their feet on the ground too.
