Just Because BR has not rushed out and signed deadbeat free transfers or criminals stop getting your knickers in a twist, he has funds and is correctly assessing the currant squad and highlight areas which need strengthen. Give the guy a chance it has taken long enough for us to get someone of decent calibre in the managers job.
