No Ed that cannot be right mate

That goalie looks bigger @ @ than me lol am 16st 10 mate (got weighed yesterday) was 18st 5 going into Christmas first time been under 17st in four years (y)

{Ed007's Note - If he's 14 stone I must look like Pavarotti to folk. I was up getting my bloods etc checked last week and I'm 17st 3. Well done on losing that if you were trying mate.}

Thanks Ed, Was just getting too big mate plus am off to Spain in 10 weeks on a four month project mate and being fair skinned could never have handled the heat plus the weight and a wee warning of my doc also made me knuckle down buddy (y)

{Ed007's Note - I'm waiting on another appointment with a dietician, I've been watching what I eat because of my diabetes but now I've got high cholesterol and can't figure out why lol.}

That's what I got (dietician) Ed from the GRI and that what I got a warning about mate

Am not a drinker mate but guzzled loads of the fizzy stuff drink loads of ice water now

Pickled fish mate, love a curry but started making them from fresh instead of phoning them in lol

Dropped 10lb in the first week! (y)

{Ed007's Note - I stopped drinking ginger when I stopped working on the tools, at home it's always been diluting juice I've drank or just water like you. I think you might be onto something about making your own food from scratch, everything you buy seems to be have at least an amber colour for sugar and salt on the wee guides you get on labels and packaging.}

I hope you get on well Ed, my dietician was magic even silly things like one big shop on line buddy to stop you picking up all the rubbish you usually do and thinking through your weekly lay out etc

At least with your Mrs working where she does you should get plenty of the fresh stuff etc it's like anything Ed once you get into it becomes a good habit 👍.

{Ed007's Note - I won't have any trouble sticking to a diet but since I found out about the diabetes I've cut out things like chips and fried stuff and yet I've got high cholesterol now, me and her are stumped.}

Oily fish, nuts, and beans. Fry your chips in rapeseed oil, use real butter believe it or not not the tastes like s#@te stuff. Good fats.
BTW that keeper is at least 18 stone.

{Ed007's Note - My sister mentioned rapeseed oil to me yesterday. I'll need to get the Mrs to get some, cheers.}

BTW get yourself some Cork black pudding, Conakilky. The new super food, replace your square sausage and bacon.

{Ed007's Note - Oh God no! The thought of black pudding gives me the boak bug that stuff still gives me nightmares from family holidays when I was a pup.}

I was a guest at Hampden today and met him afterwards - no chance. I'm 6ft, 11.5 stone and he was good few inches taller, and about two of me wide. He looked like one of those guys you see at fives who's dynamite in goals, but struggles with stairs. Some Performance right enough! (The only thing worse that Cummings panenka was his reason/ excuse afterwards! )

On a more serious note, good luck with the dietery stuff bhoys.

{Ed007's Note - Cheers mate.}
