It will be interesting to see if samaras is in the squad for tomorrow, IMO he should be frozen out to the end of the season or signs a new reduced contract with the hope we might get some money for him in the summer.

Samaras has been with Celtic 7 years that's plenty of loyalty. If he's fit and in form he should be played.

Marky why should Sami be frozen out because he's not signed contract extension mate, drop him if he's playing crap ( which he is by the way ) but we've got t remember celtic are only the mans employers and he should be used to our advantage when lennon deems is right ( like it or not ) if your boss never offered suitable terms and no one really wanted to sign you up just now knowing they can get you for nowt what would you honestly do, sign on again and hope for the best or wait six months and see what options are then . ?

why play a player that is

1) out of contract with no intention of re-signing by the looks of things

2) has been playing very very poor in the majority of games this year

if we are building towards cl qualifiers then what part does sammy come into all of this? play boerrigter and see what he is capable of. seems to be at least injury free as past while and might play a pass and not run into defenders as much as sammy has

Dont know what happened there. Was going to say if sammi was a more important player for us it might be a different story but IMO this is a chance for Lenny to flex his muscles to deter other players from running down their contracts.

It's Celtic that have been more loyal to him. In 7 years he has underachieved every one and the annoying thing is we know he can play - we have seen him destroy teams - but 6/7 times a season is absolutely ridiculous.
