Read an article in scotsman yesterday don't know if anyone saw it but it stated if the tribute act go into administration they will face a heavier sanction a 25 point deduction because its a second administration to happen to one club the spfl board have decided this as lord nimmo smith said the club are a continuation of the old club "the same entity" as he put it despite this dude finding them GUILTY of withholding side payments to players using EBT's how corrupt is this give them a paltry fine for years of CHEATING to look harsh then state there the same club they had no sporting advantage b******* they signed jelavic paid nothing for him who won the championship by one point that year then sold him on for a profit without his goals Celtic would have won it so that's just one example of a non advantage eh clown in my eyes we have been cheated out of European revenue for years but that's no sporting advantage this is a joke the sfa have no balls other clubs that have been liquidated have been in the correct manner in Scotland none of this piss the company and club are different what does it state by uefa a club and company are the same entity am I right thoughts please guys

I always thought that would be the case. Their fans will be shouting out for the 25 point deduction instead of the 10 for a first offence.
"No 10 points! gie us the full 25 deduction! we are the same club! always have been!".
A ridiculous scenario that could only ever happen in our wee country. Jeez, how did we ever manage our (massive) contribution towards modernising and industrialising the world?!.

The article was ridiculous. It claimed nimmo smith made a ruling, he did no such thing. This is the start of the propaganda leading up to admin. They really are shameless. The fact is that the penalty for admin, by definition, relates to the financial state of the company. The company in question has never been in admin before. If the league goes ahead with the nonsense spouted in this article, they will create contradictions all over the place. Any plans of this nature will have to be opposed by the clubs who are also subject to the same rules.
