Speaking to a friend who is an accountant and a Sevco fan last night and he agreed with me that before the season is over the Money men at ibrox will put into place the last piece of their plan. That is to say they have had to sell Ibrox and Murray park along with the other assets car park etc to a holding company. Theywill spin this as the only way forward to save Rangers from another admin and liquidation. Then it will be leased back ad infinitum earning all the money men involved a lifelong pension plan. part of the deal will be Rangers will have to upgrade facilities and maintain to a certain standard using approved companies that the money men deem fit (ones they own)

Seems there getting half the money from the sell on clause from jelavic, surely the owed creditors shouldn't accept that

How can they possibly get money for Jelavic? Surely if they do it should got to the oldco to pay off some creditors? They're the same club when it suits them and then a new club when it suits them. Time for some clarification on the matter.

IMO a big decisions is on horizon for sfa- if sevco go into administration will the penalty be 15 points for new club. Or 25 points for same club within 5 years of first admin. As we know first admi became liquidation. Why no sale of players or property to avoid any of above

The cheating f. s have planned this from start. Raise money through shares. Spend big siphon money out through advisors lawyers . Give big salary to players an spivs Win league with enough margin to go into admin and still b promoted. Share price meanwhile falls enough for king to buy club cheap. Plus paper trail that would take forever to trace back to any 1 person. The master plan is still in play

Only going on what a read in paper. Says oldco will get half for creditors and newco will get other half. Came to some sort of agreement with liquidators or administrators.
Surely if you were a creditor you wouldn't be happy with some random company taking money from the pot.

If the rangers are ahead by more than 25 points come admin then it's easy the SPFL will say it's the 2nd time won't affect there promotion, will it. And it will keep up the scam of same club

The SFA need to publish the 5 way agreement. Not even 2 years old and they are in financial bother. I'm sure guarantees were given to the SFA that this wouldn't happen as there was a sound business plan. if sevco go into admin a few heads at the SFA should roll. In reality it won't happen tho.

@19 We lost one game that season, we had too many draw's, although as I have said on this forum before, Tommy Burn's style of play was the best since Jock Stein, when your main rival's were spending the money they were, wether you believe they cheated or not, was not Fergus's fault, we could not keep up with them, simple as that, so to come on and say Fergus did not back Tommy is a bit unfair
