I’m being told we are signing Melling and Fousseni Diabate on season loan from Leicester (I’ve not heard of the latter) .

Both expected to be confirmed by tomorrow.

What is the big thing about people not wanting to deal with Leicester?
They gave Rodgers the option to stay until the end of the season and he said no.
They paid the £9m compensation so what's the problem?
Will we never do business with Arsenal or Southampton because they had the nerve to buy our players?

Johnboy; it's nothing to do with clubs who have attained our staff. It's about opening up a line of trade with a team who's manager has designs on our best players and tried to get Cal-Mac on the English deadline day and I would never want to get into a situation of reciprocal 'favours'.

Loan players there hunting them down got one already out of nowhere so don't be surprised what turns up just phone up as long as your for loan your in Paul lambert scouted our loan player phoned lennon OK tell him bring his boots he signed.
