Finally a Glimpse at the big Frenchman!

2.) 30 Jul 2019

The treatment of Sinclair is now becoming a disgrace.

3.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:06:32
4 2 3 1

I think they are giving the young ones a run kev game as a contest is over do you expect Morgan and Johnston to start much this season mate 👍🍀.

Terrible that Sinclair can’t get near that team, I know he was a Rogers favourite but this would have been a game to bring him in. Ralston was probably just ahead of me for getting a game yet starts tonight . I don’t understand why Lennie or the club are pushing him out, he still scored important goals for us and he’s always said he’s happy at the club. Baffling.

Kev maybe Scott's asked to leave you don't know there's rumours he wants back down south.

6.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:09:52
He seems to have pi$$ed somebody off right enough.

7.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:11:54
Can’t agree with your comment on Sinclair Kev. Celtic have moved on from his tepid performances with both shved and johnston younger more dynamic options. also his much heralded scoring stats tell you he scores mostly against inferior teams that anyone on 25k per week should be. taxi for Sinclair as far as I’m concerned.

8.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:12:04
Can’t believe Sinclair isn’t starting this game tonight. It’s about time someone in the media asked the question on Sinclair on behalf of the fans. I get no one should be an automatic pick but being 5-0 up you’d think a player like Sinclair who isn’t featuring much would be a stick on to play tonight.

9.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:17:54
Can anyone tell me the important goals Sinclair has scored over the last couple of seasons. I mean important in the sense that without them we would have toiled. he scores most of his goals against minnows yet is on 25k per week. not much disgusting about that wage. taxi for Sinclair.

10.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:21:17
Plenty of those players will be desparate to stake a claim and the pitch is looking absolutely fantastic so excited to hopefully see another convincing victory with big Jullien strolling it but disappointed that Sinclair misses out yet again. I'm struggling to guess whether Ralston and Boli will be wing backs with Bitton at CB or if it's something different.

11.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:26:04
AgentP that is just nonsense.
Last season he scored goal like the winner against Rosenberg, a back heel winner against aberdeen, a hattrick in a 4-3 win against aberdeen and the list goes on. Neither Johnstone or Morgan will score anywhere near the amount of goals Sinclair scores. Over the last 3 seasons he's been our most dangerous and effective attacking player.

12.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:26:09
Agent P he scored a hat-trick at Pittodrie on boxing day.

13.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:27:43
More of a 433 I think with Brown Ntcham and Bitton controlling the game and Johnstone Griff and morgan attacking. Be good to see how Ralston does.

14.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:29:07
Jamie that would be a valid point if Lennon hadn't continuously overlooked Sinclair for Johnstone and Morgan. 2 players who bring nowhere near the same danger to our attack.

Mally if he had have asked to leave we'd have all heard about it. He's constantly said he's happy here.

15.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:30:59
BR would at least have his best team on the bench the selection is just too cocky for me I know we are in a great place for this but still shouldn't take anything for granted.

16.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:41:49
3 v Aberdeen away, back heel v Aberdeen at home, ask away gave us a chance, just the top of my head.

17.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:52:31
Ha ha . boxing day last year. is that a joke. are your expectations so low of such a high earner.

18.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:53:49
I think he is still apart of the place. I think if we got an offer we would look at it all round but he had went off the boil under BR

I don't think he is being showed the door or shunned he is clearly still playing.

19.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 17:57:34
Oh and 5 or 6 goals in our Scottish cup run.

20.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 18:04:33
Who were our opponents kev.

21.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 18:20:17
morgan should never be starting infront of sinky in my opinion his crossing and touch is really poor would rather have seen shved instead but sinkys goals need replaced n don't think morgan or johnstone will get 15 a season.

22.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 18:39:29
What is the winning goals in Europe, goals in in the league and goals all through cup run not enough agent p. You want to keep asking the question that's already been blown out the water until we run out of answers? Your daft point about him not scoring important goals has been destroyed already.

23.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 18:45:09
But just to humour you. He grabbed the 1st 2 against airdrie in a 3-nil win. So scored the winning goal.
The then rattled in a hat trick against st Johnstone in a 5-0 win including the 1st so again scored the winning goal.

24.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 19:00:20
Mickey Johnstone for me over Sinclair. Boy will be a sensational for us. Like Sinclair very good squad player.

25.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 19:21:12
Micky Johnstone will be a man down in places like ibrox just like he has been the last twice we've went there.

26.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 19:38:24
Kev83
The whole team didn't turn up for those games.

27.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 20:00:44
DRA any game where we have to go to war Johnstone will be a man down. He's to light weight. The bhoy will be a star but he ain't ready to be number one choice week in week out. If he doesn't bulk up big time good defenders will just nudge him out the way. Morgan I have serious doubts he will ever be good enough and neither will bring the goals to the team Sinclair does at this moment in time.

28.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 20:24:21
Kev you sometimes come across as someone who thinks only his opinion is right. I think although Sinclair has done well at times and his stats don’t lie, he has been ineffective too many times and is a bit of a one trick pony. He doesn’t try to beat his man for pace and isn’t unpredictable (he’s predictable) although the original poster used a slightly off reason for not having confidence in Sinclair I don’t think his claims are too far off the mark. You can just agree to disagree instead of trying to blow people off out the water.

29.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 20:50:47
PFJ23 so are people not allowed to have different opinions and discuss them on the site anymore?

As far as I can see everyone on this discussion including myself DRA agent p are having a civil debate? Isn't that the whole point of these sites?
Celtic fans to talk debate or down right argue amongst yourself without being insulting?
And yes your right if I am debating I do want to blow the other opinion out the water or what is point debating?

{Ed0333's Note - and what makes you think these pages are a democracy mate? We are totalitarian here my friend and don’t you forget it. Flipin Marxists all over the place.

Have massive faith in young Johnstone one of the best we have produced. Will also add young Henderson in the mix boys a player. Hard to get in our midfield though.

31.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 21:26:46
DRA he's is going to be a star, that I have no doubt but I just don't think it's right now.
We are going for the 10 and that means we need our best players and most dangerous attackers on the field. Imo that's Sinclair and I think he's proved that time and time again.

32.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 21:47:00
Wow think some people need to chill abit in here lol we just got through to the next round of qualifiers don’t worry be happy until our next game lol sinclair no doubt will get his chance this season if he stays, and if he plays good scores goals then Lennon will have no choice but to play him. I think Johnstone no doubt will be a massive player this season either, but at times he reminds me abit like McGready has all the skill dribbling and pace but I think needs play few 1 2s abit more. well done the bhoys HH.

33.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 22:07:01
Wins qualifier 7-0 in aggregate
Celtic fans still complaining.
Gotta love being a Tim.

34.) 30 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 22:38:06
Don't have any delusions: benching Sinky every game is a rebuke, and its personal. Let's start with the facts at least. Lenny's remarks about the situation today are totally irrelevant. Except that they serve as smoke and mirrors. This is mismanagement, not necessary by Lenny or just by Lenny, but it is mismanagement.

35.) 31 Jul 2019
31 Jul 2019 00:22:56
Have a go at the manager if you think Sinclair should start instead of the 2 other boys. Why yous slating them? Shocking!

Mickey Johnstone has just broke into the first team. He ll learn over the coming weeks he ll need to add more to his game to stay in the team, and if he does, he ll be one of the best that’s came through our academy.

36.) 31 Jul 2019
30 Jul 2019 23:25:29
Kev you need to get over your obsession with Sinclair. The team is doing just fine without him in it at the moment. Johnstone is doing a fine job in there. Sinclair May very well get his chance but at the minute he’ll have to make do with a spot on he bench. Forget about the goals he scored last season. This is a whole new season to look forward to. Lenny picks the players he feels deserve to be in the team and up to now he’s doing a pretty damn good job.

37.) 31 Jul 2019
31 Jul 2019 01:11:29
AgentP im sure Scotty Sinclair has scored 5 maybe 6 goals against rangers, probably the same against Aberdeen also who have been the 2 closest teams to us since he's been here!

That comment he scores against inferior teams is utter nonsense mate.

38.) 31 Jul 2019
31 Jul 2019 03:12:31
Benching Sinclair is personal! What utter rubbish that is honestly! We’ve just won 7-0 on aggregate at an absolute Canter without Sinclair but it’s personal that Lennon isn’t picking him! Go on then enlighten all of us on what’s the personal reason the manager is keeping Sinclair on the bench? It surely can’t be the fact we’ve just qualified with ease without Sinclair and haven’t missed him one bit it can it? Na that would make to much sense! Sinclair has been tremendous for us and not one person can say otherwise! But some times a manager likes to go his own way and try out fresh ideas! Bugger all to do with being personal and slapping Sinclair in the face! The majority of players have a shelf life at clubs and Sinclair is no different! As he’s proved everywhere he’s been! We’ve won 4 qualifiers out of 4 scoring 12 goals in the process with Sinclair starting none of the games. not to shabby if u ask me and absolutely no reason to doubt lennons team selection! This talk of mismanagement after winning 4 out of 4 qualifiers is laughable honestly!

39.) 31 Jul 2019
31 Jul 2019 07:15:21
I can't believe people criticising lennon for leaving Sinclair on the bench when I thought Johnston Morgan and shved when he came on were all excellent, Sinclair has been a great player for us and still has a big part in the team if he wants it, his form dipped a bit last year so was dropped for emerging talent which we should all agree is good for the club and the country in the long run. I would rather have a hungry sinclair fighting to prove himself than a complacent one starting no matter his form. The manager should select the players he feels is best for the TEAM at the time, not out of a sense of duty for things they have done in the past.

40.) 31 Jul 2019

laugh away LH, it bothers me not one tiny ****.

41.) 31 Jul 2019
31 Jul 2019 09:41:44
Just seems NL likes his wingers to be able to pass and cross. Nothing wrong with that. Sinclair good for a tap in but he's pretty pish otherwise. Other than firstseason.

Any Manager that picks players because he likes them as a person and not because he thinks they are the best players to do a particular job for him or play a particular role are doomed for failure .
Managers will pick who he can trust to do the best job for him, because the manager’s job depends on him getting it write .
We have many different opinions, but the manager’s is the only one that counts.
