As an expat only get info from the papers and online here. Any truth in sturidge rumours or is it paper talk? Any other solid info on new potential signings would be appreciated!

I haven't seen Sturridge mentioned in any paper online and I usually do a google news search on Celtic every day. I'm assuming then, that the Sturridge link has came from one of the tw*tter experts that I do not follow. Sturridge, when fit, was an excellent player, who the manager knows and would really fit our style. However it's a huge gamble given that he hasn't stayed fit for so long. Then there's the matter of him probably being on more than 100k a week, which makes any sort of permanent deal an absolute pipe-dream.

Don't live in Brittany Island Celt. Over in Oz so this is my only real line of information apart from the papers online but that info is sometimes hard to believe :)
