Peter Liewell has informed at least 2 of big VVD suitors from the EPL that the bidding will start at 12 Million, he expects to get around 15 Million. I think he is worth more.

12 million is the least we should be expecting! I said earlier last week that we should be expecting wanyama money other than the nonsense 8 million that was getting put about! Getting really annoyed about this "premium" BPL crap! Did anyone actually watch any of the BPL this week? Utter garbage as per usual!

Its time to play hard ball with any team from the BPL. Every other team around the planet, add at least 30% to the bill for a player so why not us.

It was on BBC Scotland, Everton and Spurs are the teams mentioned. Big VVD is worth more than the figures being mentioned down south. Although not fair I would take 12 million plus a 25% sell on clause.

PL has proven he is good at his job. Well sussed re negotiatons. I will be disappointed with anything less than £12m. Only problem is that the bhoy wants to go.

Cprs1 well said mate. Sick of BPL teams taking pi$$. Half of them forget something. Over last 10 seasons we have been in at least group stages of CL or Europa 8 times, last 16 of CL 3 times. We are consitently participating in either competition and this should be taken into account when valuing a player. Personally I would dig heels in and hold out for £25m going by overinflated values in BPL
