Interesting to see that Steven Ireland has been told to find another club. Could he do a job for us in the middle of the park beside Broony and Super Joe. If we are going to lose Victor then having someone like Ireland could be a good move, he has played at a decent level and when his head is out of his erchie he is a very good player. Maybe being given the chance to go and compete every week would be enough to get the best out of him. Personally if the price was right I would take him, what you guys think.

I think he would sell quite a few jumpers with his name on the back. although that might have zilch to do with his ability. shammy

He's a cracking player on his day. really don't think we'd be able to match his salary demands tho

Not for me. Over paid and not any better than what we have. If we are going to be going for players we need to look beyond sqaud players since our youth system seems to be producing talent

I knew someone would bring this guy up when I see he was released by villa! I seriously hope not, the guy is on daft wages for his ability. he's got loads of baggage and quite simply isn't good enough, just beacuse u play in EPL doesn't mean u play at a good level, why is he always told by his clubs to go? Not good enough? I've seen enough of him to say I DON'T want him wearing the hoops, be better served with youth or a better signin option than this pile of mince.

Not a team player cause unrest every where he goes hence reason why he's constantly dropped and punted from every club he's been to also thinks he's a superstar and wants everything his way or the dummy gets spat out of pram

I'm sure he's on 60k per week mate I doubt we would even offer him 15k a week so not likely. I say give kayal a run in the team if wanyama leaves.

Whoever thinks stephen "england" would sell jerseys for us are of their nut. don't know one irish person that likes this guy. After pulling out of Ireland game because his "auntie died". his auntie wasnt too happy to hear she was dead when she read it in the paper
