I'm hearing, Dembele is next in line for a new contract. 4 years apparently. I'm just passing on what I heard so please take it easy on me 😂. A lot of talk going around of this.

Tell me about it! Also heard the whole Edouard deal is 9m including his contract? Not sure how true that is. ED007 can u elaborate on the Edouard fee etc?

If it is including the contract it is exactly what I have said the press have done for the insects with every player they have signed. The eddy deal? I'll leave alone till there is more info as there may be elaborate add-ons. Insect wise they reported 10m or so in transfer fees. The unaudited accounts clipped that back by a third. If the papers are trying that p*$# the club should be honest and tell the fans. BR rubbished the 7m, said it was less. Now its 9? No point giving anyone any ammo further down the line. No need. The blueprint for fuddery is across the river. Leave them and thier earwig sports desk puppets to it and set thier "record" straight.

The press release from Celtic said we broke our record transfer fee.
{Ed001's Note - according to the papers filed with UEFA it was about 10m euros. Though that could be including add ons, it was not made clear.}

BR never said it was less than 7 million, he said it wasn't 7,but he never said it was less or more, the sun reports it as it Could hit ten million, with add-ons including the sell on clause,

I heard that the fee was originally 7million with a 25 or 30% sell on clause but big Pete offered the 9milion up front with no sell on clause. Don't know how much truth there is in that though.

Jesus, it's hardly worth the Celtic's board time signing a worthwhile target . The negative nappy wetters on here are beside themselves belittling the transfer . Why any Celtic supporter should get worked up by the size of any particular fee is beyond me . Is it possible a Celtic fan could think he could catch the like of D D, PL, and
B R out and if they did, so what, Celtic will continue rather Eduords is £10m. or £4m.
