Seeing on Twitter that the Sinclair medical has been cancelled which suggests the deal is off, from someone who predicted the toure signing before anyone else, would've been a good signing, hopefully it's just getting pushed back.

I was hearing there was never a deal in place for Sinclair and it was all a rumour started on twitter.

What i was hearing seems to be true, reports in media that a bid of 2.75m was knocked back for Sinclair, so there was never any medical arranged, it would have been impossible anyway to have agreed terms with the boy, signed him, had a medical done all before a 2pm flight to Astana.

It must be time to look elsewhere and sign Sinclair on a pre contract in January if he wants to join the best team in the world.

Sinclair has 3 years left on his contract at Villa mate, won't be any pre contract until he's 30.

JB, just seen we had another bid rejected so he won't be coming most likely as villa want 5 and we didn't even offer 3, looks like all that medical and wildcard talk was sadly made up by someone out there.

Hearing that we are getting fed up with villa as they hinted these offers would be acceptable but then reject, we may look elsewhere, that would be so frustrating!

I hope we don't go for a loan for a youngster with no games under his belt over Sinclair, that'd be a terrible decision.

Aye they would need to be registered today to play in this round as a wildcard signing Kev. All this talk about agreed terms and an arranged medical for the boy was just crap made up on twitter, since no bid has been accepted by Villa the boy hasn't even been given permission to talk to Celtic yet. The only true part of the story is we are trying to sign him.
