What does Desmond know about football, Keane has an atrocious record as a manager, we need a manager who has a proven European track record none of the names mentioned so far hardly excite me.

What about paul hartley as our new manager, seems to be overlooked, amazing achievement with alloa who were a part-time club and then assembling a new dundee team to a top six spot.

I think it's important we get a big name manager as much as I liked the idea of a young progressive manager with enthusiasm it unfortunately didn't work for whatever the reason's. a well known manager that bigger name player's might be more willing to work with and in turn help get players to sign for us who otherwise would go elsewhere is the way to go I would love to get Hiddink but looks like we may have to settle for Keane.

would love us to get a proven high profile manager but a really think it'll be the cheap option with either Lennon, big malky or Paul lambert. they 3 will say yes to PL and never demand much as they'll just be happy enough to have the job.

Point I was making is that they 3 would be so happy to get the Celtic job they'll not make as much demands as a so called big named manager. at the minute none of them would even get an interview for a half decent club down south.

Yeah he also managed Schalke 04 but resigned in March 2015 I just think he would do us a good turn.

Hartley haha he's done well in management so far but have we dropped that low that he's the best we could get cause if it is we'd be as well giving up the now . We need someone that's no just going to be glad to get the job and do what he's told.

That was not a dig at you just a few of my mates seem to want hartley and I don't think he's what we need at this time. I think we should be sounding out moyes, rodgers etc but I think we'll end up in the mackay, keane, stubbs and hartley bracket . I'd take moyes out the first bracket and mackay out the next.

The football played under Strachan was awful too many 90th minute winners saved us, the players we signed was awful too. His style was successful but it wasn't attacking people are moaning about RD and the 4-3-2-1 that's what Strachan will play too.
