I never said there was anything wrong with that Kev83, but he's not going to come here and play second fiddle to KT and the fans would go berzerk if the best young player we've had in years was dropped without putting a foot wrong. He's also being linked with a £10m move from Ajax to Leicester so there's also that.

If that's the way we work then we will never sign anot her left back.
This guy is a no go in my eyes because his value has rocketed since the summer but we do never a good left back to cover and compete with young KT.
We should have at least 2 good players for every position at our club.

I think Izzy is more than good enough to be our other LB. I get where you're coming from but Dijks didn't want to come here when he was guaranteed to start so there's no way he'd consider it now. We aren't in a position to have a Dutch international squad player on the bench.
