Totally agree with you, I've thought for a while that we play better without him. I just think back to RD's 1st season when commons played we were rotten as soon as he got dropped we started smashing teams then all of a sudden Commons was on board at the new year coincided with him wanting a new deal, gets a new deal an again all of a sudden starts being rotten again. He's a character I think the team could be doing without in the dressing room.

The Ambrose - Boyata partnership worries me more than Commons absence. Hope GMS and Armstrong continue to improve and we get at them from the KO.

SW is it my memory or are you rewriting history, thought commons got left out a lot in RDS first season, and the team played better when he came on or started.

No I don't think so, I've never rated commons he's a guy i'd let go before stokes and I can't stand stokes. i hate lazy players and they 2 I think if we got out the club full time we would be better off. Maybe check the website and have a look at my posts if poss, and u will see for yourself i'm not a fan of commons, had a good first half a season after that I wished we went with another option.

I agree with you SW - I've said it over and over again that's it's no coincidence that he's been out of contract twice and not one club from the EPL have come in for him either time! For me he has a level! Also it's all about him! The way Ronny wants to play, with the pressing game - if one man doesn't do it, it doesn't work, and he's simply not fit enough to do it, he never has been! It was a crazy decision for me to give him a new contract, we had just bought GMS/ Armstrong and you know as soon as Commons doesn't play he's going to do a Craig Burley and cause an atmosphere right through the whole squad!
