This Libor Kovak rumour seems to be gathering a head of steam. The lad was a £7m buy for Villa from Lazio a few years ago but has done little to impress. I suppose that phrase could be used to sum up our team.has done little to impress. Sad but true.

I don't get were all the papers are getting £7m from, he was 6.5 million euros, wasnt impressive at any previous clubs, waste of money,

He scored 10 goals in 58 games for Lazio in all competitions, 8 coming in the Europa League. Goodness knows who the opposition were. That's damn as near 1 in 6 overall. Do you call that impressive for a striker?

What we need MORE than we need players is some team spirit, a desire to win, a determination to win and total commitment from the players. That comes down to the manager, coaches and players themselves. Look at Malmo and the other SPFL teams who can beat us. Are they better individual players? Are they paid more? Are their clubs bigger? I think you'll find it's a resounding NO to all those questions but they do have a togetherness that we appear to be lacking. With Lenny in charge the players would have been afraid to give anything less than 100% effort in every game. We are seriously missing that. Sometimes players need a rocket in their arse and RD doesn't appear to be that kind of manager.

What we need is the team to play as a team and not as individuals. We also need the team to fight for each other.
