What does everybody think about ledley playing at left back, think he would do a decent job in there. Plus it would also mean ki could stay in the middle with kayal, brown could come back in on the right and commons can move back out onto the left where he's at his best.

Fair point, especially as regards playing Ki who's on form and doesn't deserve to be dropped back to the bench in favour of Brown. Ledley played there at the start of last season and did ok.

Would prefer to have Ledley in midfield and put Mark Wilson or Charlie Mulgrew at LB . We should concentrate on goal keeper and powerful target man which we need .

Ledley is not a defender, he can't tackle not an option.Would also be a waste of his talents

Totally agree with the post about Commons being more effective on the left. I think you need to drop ledley when Brown comes back and play RM Brown CM Ki + Kayal and LM Commons. Whats your thoughts? I think Ledley has been ordianary since he signed

If we were to use joe ledley at left back then we would be as well letting charlie mulgrew go as it would then be clear he is not good enough. joe ledley had very poor games at left mid against hibs and aberdee so i would defo be against him playing left back. now that scott brown is back from suspension i would be dropping ledley as i think ki has done well and should stay in till he has a poor game.

I thought Ledley was a slow starter but he reall picked up in the 2nd half of the seson. Whoever posted that Ledley cant tackle is insane, he's a ball winner. Ki is playin far to well to be dropped. Mulgrew is never a left back in his life for me, would like to see him gettin his chance at CB with Wilson, Majstorovic looked suspect on sun.

Play Mark Wilson at left back as he's [layed there before, but to be fair to Mulgrew I thought he played well enough there, he's a good outball and has good delivery. Mark Wilson should get his place back and Majstorovich is an accident waiting to happen.

joe ledley in the middle of the park is a must. grant u a slow start but is now one of our best players.
moving hime wide left or left back(wit?) is taking him out the game.

Unfortunitly it seems very likelyhave heard it will be a part exchange tho 4million plus a player not sure who but think it could be cudicini got yhis from2 different spurs fans sites

No but they are interested in Ki and are willing to pay 8 million for him

Celtic have enquired about taking Cardiff City's Lee Naylor on loan until January (good source). Player Lennon knows, cover for Mulgrew until Emilio's fit, no fee, modest wages, not getting picked at Cardiff. Sounds a good deal for all parties.

I'm a Rangers supporter and I would like to say how sorry I am that Izzie was injured so badly on Sunday, he's a great player and the fans deserve to see him play, no joking I mean what I say, Bluenose.

Actually the Ki to Spurs bid has been heavily documented, player with a lot of potential and Spurs see themselves able to breed him in to a superstar, but if they accept a bid from Chelsea - we should hold them to ransom, but the Kayal part is bulls**t. {Ed007's Note - I know 100% there is no contact from Chelsea over any players.}

To be fair Ki, if he keeps improving, would be a good replacement in the long term for Luka Modric if he ends up at Chelsea so if Spurs are after him I can see why.

Both are similar types of players that are two footed, good technically, can create from deep and are decent in and around the box. We don't see as much getting in the box from Ki but he's been getting forward more often than this time last season since coming back and I definitely think it benefits his game.

Ed, have u heard any whispers about possible new signings being made today before the deadline? I was also thinking that Richie Towell or Cha could be Mulgrew's backup. Not ideal but Cha always puts in a shift and I think Towell played full back at Hibs last year. If not, who would you like to see come in?

Rangers fan here, I doubt you guys would want Foster. He was absolutely dire during his spell with us, excluding his pace. I'm sure you'll be alright with Mulgrew, although he's certainly no Izzaguire.

I don't believe this story. But I do concede Kello is better than Zaluska.

Kello would not be available to play in Europe so it would be a surprising choice.
