What does Neil Lennon not see in Miku? Right everybodys going to be like aw he's played 5 games and hasn't scored or anything so he, s going to be crap.
Without posting anything, I've secretly watched every minute of every game he, s played through a Celtic media site which allows st holders to join.
2 goals, 14 games but see tbh, see if the Lad went on a full run of games since he started against benfica, we could be looking at a really really good striker, the more he played consistently the more he would of got suited and felt more comfortable but he's in out in out so no wonder his heads all over the place and it hasn't showed. Tony stokes comes back and bang is straight in the line up, I would really have liked the boy to get games so i'm on his side this one.
Neil Lennon or whoever concluded the deal have messed up big time.

I don't know if any thing happened behind the scene's but he certainly never go a decent run and for someone who came from a top league, looked to be a quality addition.
It's not the first time we have signed loan players that are either rotten or end up being paid for virtually nothing - I include previous managers too.
It happens far too often IMO and it reflects badly on the club.

His team from a top league want shot of him, he only played in top league one season the rest was 2nd 3rd, and if you watched every second on your masonic sounding tv channel and studied it in depth apart from only two goals in 11 tell me how many shots on target, assists this overlooked superstar of la liga has had and maybe I or others could see something in the stats that we've missed watching him live, the guy is average at best and certainly not worth the quoted 5 million fee,,,, deep river bhoy

Agree0 Disagree0

I never think loan moves are any good for us, or for any big club (loans in, I mean) except where we NEED cover, Forrester and El Kadouri were good examples. Other than that, the manager might feel like the player is temporary, and would prefer to develop players whos development will benefit the team in the longer term

Hes not good enough bottom line.

Are you mad? I would rather watch Emmerdale than sit through every minute that Miku played. First you were saying that Samaras was "incredible" now you are saying that everyone will say Miku is "crap". Well your right on one point. Miku is crap. DH

Sounds like (dh) is a part time supporter,

We have an option to buy for 4 million, for that price I would expect a player who is an automatic first choice who is a safe bet for scoring every game, Miku doesn't fit that description.

Agree0 Disagree0

Its guys like you who have no clue about players. miku is rubbish slow and he is a crapper he should be sent back to where he came from and take that other imposter lassad with him both are among the poores players I have ever seen just get rid. geo

Fill the team with young fit hungry talented players who want to play the celtic way and let's fill paradise once more. archie. blantyre
too many journeymen the fans don't know is why there's so many empty seats

Gb67. What makes you think I'm a part time supporter? DH

Guys like me geo aye?, a bet you weren't saying the same when big hartson went through a 14 game drout back in the day? Miku has scored 2 in 14 so he's better than hartson? Of course he isn't so I DO know what i'm talking about its you the one with no brain.
What chance has the lad had for you to judge him? Its guy like you that see a player a few games and say aw he's crap get him to hell, when you need to give the guy a game then judge him, he's hardly a crap player if he came from la liga and scored goals against real Madrid so get the facts right first lad!
He's adjusting to our culture and your slating him when he's not had a run in the team so it shows what kind of supporter you are, anyone who has decent potential will always get my support if they want to come here and play for Celtic but what actual chance has he had?

Agree with you here gb67, I believe Miku given a run in the team would have shown his talent, I also think the boy Lassad is a good player but doesn't seem to be given a run. Why do we bring in players like Gershon, Rogic, Lassad, Miku etc and not give them a decent run in the team? I do think the way we play the game in this country is alien to a lot of talented players. Stevie

Problem is we got him too early. With
Hooper, sammy, stokes, and after what watt
Did against barca he ended up lo on pecking order.
When hoops leaves at end of season miku and stokes should be given a whole season
Of a chance together. I know everybody raves about watt but I'm still on the fence.
May be a future 1st team, but I'd like to see
Him on loan to a championship club.

Just a thought. If we don't win league on Saturday do you think the SPL computer will programme us to be playing at home for the following game. Or will we shunted up to Inverness, Ross Co or even Aberdeen ( if they get a top 6 spot ) for a 12 o'clock kick off to suit TV. DH

I doubt the league will be won on sat, but u never know, it'll be a damp squib if it is! Surely for the sake of a decent spectacle, wether its home or away (hopefully home) let the the team lift the trophy and give the good paying support something to cheer!

Invariably it's 2 home and 3 away every year so away would be favourite.

what do all of you think about the chances of celtic qualifying for european football this year? we'll start from the 2. qualifying round and we could if we're unlucky play against bate borisow or a few other good teams and fly out straight away. knowing celtic we could easily fly out against a team that's not half as good as we are. and what about the other scottish teams? motherwell looks good but I don't think that any other teams could qualify. 1. hearts and dundee won't even get a chance to qualify and 2. ross county and inverness will never be able to qualify. and knowing scottish football - probably all scottish teams will get a tough draw. and what's going on with our national squad?

Believable0 Unbelievable7

Wish people would realise that we will be seeded for every round and will therefore avoid the major clubs in qualifying.

Q2 involves every country below 15th in the co-efficient, such as Bosnia, Ireland, Wales, Estonia etc.
Q3 will be the winners of this round plus the champions of Switzerland, Austria and Denmark.
Play-offs are the winners of Q3.

Celtic are 62nd in the co-efficient and will at the very least be the 4th team in the seeded pot if BATE, Copenhagen and Basel reach this stage The draw was very kind this year, I was praying for Helsingborgs away rather than a trip to Israel or Cyprus in 30 degree heat against an unkwnown quantity or a tough tie against Cluj. We should come through Q2 and Q3 relatively easy, the only issue would be playing unknown quantities in sweltering heat.

Celtic should be qualifying for the champions league in this format.

Is this a wind up? Celtic could struggle to get past 2 qualifiers and a play off which is fair enough as its a hard draw (which is unfair)
Motherwell=No
Inverness/ Ross=Never
Then u decide to mention Hearts and Dundee? I don't follow
