I agree with the other guy that posted about scot brown having a blinder today. I think he's not played in the same position offten enough for celtic to be consistant. Might be playing with fletcher and adam suited him more but showed he's got a lot of class especialy after his earley booking. Get the contract signed scott I for one am a fan.

Here here n hail hail broonys our own roy keane

Scott Brown played a blinder today ? That comment beggars belief, he ran around like a headless chicken, giving the ball away, looking for someone to kick and pick a fight with like he does with Celtic week in week out . We're a far better team when he's not in the side and if any team was stupid enough to give us a few million for him i'd bite their hand off......Stevie

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree brown is a VERY GOOD player you would rather him on your team than against it,SIGN NOW BROONY!

Agree0 Disagree0

Not Brown's biggest fan but thought he played well today, even Craig Levein said he was our best player. To the post above get back to the shame page ya roaster!

Agree0 Disagree0

Were u watching the same game as me browns distribution of the ball was better than ive seen for a long time hope he can continue playing aswell for the hoops

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree with your assessment of Broony today.....do you think his inconsistancy in the Hoops (in SOME peoples eyes, not mine) could be the pressure of the captaincy.....

Just a thought, but i love him,if we had team of Broonys we'd be the champions.....

Didn't see Brown try and pick any fights today.. after he got booked put in a great and mature performance!

Craig {Ed007's Note - I never saw the game, but I have faithfully backed Scott Brown for months on here.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Scott Brown is a liability and not fit to be Celtic captain , when i first saw the guy playing for Hibs i was a fan thought he was tremendous as an attacking midfield player, but under strachan and lennon they seem to see him as this midfield general ,dictating play , but let's be honest Broony can't pass a ball well enough to play in that position ,don't get me wrong i think every team needs a Broony type player but with more footballing ability to back up the arrogance. P.S as for the comment above i'm not from the shame just don't rate Broony {Ed007's Note - He does seem to split the CFC support.}

The Internationals this weekend should indicate to NL the best positions for Ledley and Brown who were very influential in their preferred roles.
Brown is a terrier in central midfield and Ledley is an attacking box to box link man.
If he feels we need Kayal and Ki as well then play 3-5-2 on occassion using Forrest, Commons, McCourt or Stokes.

This is the problem Lennon has, he has an abundance of central midfielders and an abundance of wingers... automatically you'd think 3-5-2, however of the names above (Stokes, Commons, Forrest McCourt) which of those do you think would track back in the full back part of the wing back role? Answer none.

I actually like the idea of 3-5-2, but would still use Izzy (when fit) and probably Cha on the other side, meaning all 4 of those players in brackets are on the bench. AND you still have 3 from 4 to fit into the central midfield role, which would have them tripping over each other. The other option is 2 from 4 and one of the wingers playing in the hole off the front 2. If it's 2 from 4 Brown & Ledley misses out (for me) and if it's 3 from 4 then either him or Ledley are on the bench (again Brown misses out for me).

Dilemma's dilemma's

Believable5 Unbelievable8

Was meant to say nothing WRONG FOR US LATELY to many beers watching the scotland game me thinks

Aye spoke too soon, but what about Naismith, what a donkey he is, looks unfit and just could not be bothered, I think he believes his own p.r.
He must be one of the guys that thinks he is doing Scotland a favour.
So glad he is with the dark side.

i see ricardo fuller and diomansey kamara have no club couple of decent shouts to get in for backup

Believable24 Unbelievable12

Yeah totally agree, I'd take both -especially on a free. Don't see it happening but yeaH Kamara has shown already he's a good player for us and Fuller is a goalscorer - scored with a poor stoke has an edge to him and defo worth a punt.

Would rather we brought in a CB as we're short of quality at the back but two class players on a free hell yeah get em in

After the window we have no EPL and ok dreams but bring em on!

Agree0 Disagree0

Nelson Rivas, Colombian Cnetre Half, just released Inter. 28, could be ideal if the cash is available?

Agree0 Disagree0

I think Ricardo Fuller would do us a turn big strong powerful striker, done well with Stoke think he scored like 1/3 not bad in the EPL.MACCA

Agree0 Disagree0

Diomansy Kamara plays in Turkey alongside Kris Boyd and Fuller I believe is still with Stoke

Agree0 Disagree0

Can't understand why Kamara has no club? Thought he was a terrific player when he came on loan before and could do a job for us still.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yet again more lies, Kamara is boyds strike partner in turkey and Fuller is still at stoke
