A paper is saying 2 deals could be completed next week, Barry Douglas a left back from Lech Posnan, and Boyata (spelling?) from Man City, if true Delia has kept his word in getting some players bedded in pre season. Also if Douglas does sign it will give us good cover for Izzigerre who will miss the CL qualifiers and if Douglas does well Izzy may find himself out of the team.

I've read that too Timalloy also heard we was close to signing Rafal Janicki who can play anywhere across the defense so that would be good cover if Ambrose goes plus he could play CB alongside Boyata perhaps so it looks like VVD might be off

Izzy oot the team! LOL. He's a no-brainer at the moment, even though we don't use him so much in the attacking sense any more. I'm always comfortable seeing him on the ball.

Boyata's dad claiming that his son has came to an agreement and will be leaving City in the very near future. He has not stated who he will be signing for but it is believed to be Celtic. Hopefully this is true as would be nice to get him bedded in before the qualifiers start.

Would love boyata to come in young hungry player and if the Bhoy Douglas comes as well I like that re-building the defence as quick as possible shows ronny can see what we see and is acting

Boyata is in Glasgow now for personal terms and medical fed is £1.5m also Danny Wilson to sign in coming days

I don't know about Douglas can't see how he is good enough but Iv no seen him much tbh so lol
But boyata could be good! I would like a LCB I don't think Djiks is wanting to come if the supposed offer is true!
