Ed is there any truth in these 2 rumours? The RTC website has been close down due to publishing of legal documents and is going to hold up the verdict and maybe work in rangers favour? And is it true rangers had to publish all accounts for march 31st to play in Europe AND spl next season? Sorry it's so long {Ed007's Note - No and no. Rangers have two weeks grace regarding the accounts.}

Rumour is C Whyte is to hand over his shares to Ticketus in exchange for not getting his collar felt and off hook with £30 +mill looks like WHYTE has conned TICKETUS into buying RANKERS

Believable6 Unbelievable13

Couldn't give a rats , they deserve all they get and more scandal with St Mirren ,very murky people and club.

I have a question that someone needs to help me with. If the Blue Knights agree a deal with Ticketus for them to be part of the rescue package,does that mean that Ticketus are really voting for them to only receive 10p in the pound of the money owed to them OR will they come onboard and still get all htier money. If its the former then surely its like a turkey voting for Xmas, IF ITS THE LATTER THEN rangers will have no income from season tickets, european football, how are they going to survive as they will need money to survive. Paul Murray wants to avoid liquidation and fair play to him if thats his want but I cannot work out where the CVA comes into play especially with Ticketus being part of the blue knights takeover because surely they are only doing that to protect their investment.

Believable11 Unbelievable0

Think they are willing to take a shareholding with the AEG deal for Stadium usage almost certainly going to new owner 25% of ticket sales for all concerts could lead to A massive income therefore a massive return for money already thought to be lost
D&P issued a “Memorandum of Offer” inviting expressions of interest in acquiring either the majority shareholding in Rangers or most of its business assets. The Memorandum of Offer issued on 14 March 2012 invited interested parties to assume that “no future revenue needs to be committed to Ticketus” both in the context of a CVA and a trade sale of Rangers’ business and assets. D&P issued a revised Memorandum on 16 March 2012 which contained a third option of a CVA in which the arrangements with Ticketus continued to have effect.

Who gives a s**t our team is on the verge of a historic double and this is what you want to talk about , fab1

Agree0 Disagree0

Yea 3 weeks ago it was a historic treble lol

Your clubs going under and all you want to do is do talk about killie pie's , hope you enjoy the forfar bridies the next couple of years.

Agree0 Disagree0

Because my friend in order to protect your interest, you need the club to run smoothly, therefor with ticketus on board they will invest in team and help with running cost of club so as to get capacity crowds therefore earning them there money back. SIMPLES

Just like to say well done to The Champions elect on only amassing 36 points in the disciplinary table so far this year. The Shame carry on keeping their reputation in the guttter with 69 points. Just shows that everyone at our great club know how to conduct with a bit of class and dignity, not just when the cameras are on them and definitely not like the Shame across the city

Believable18 Unbelievable11

Lol. So the ref's aren't really that bad after all then eh?
Stevie-A-Bear {Ed007's Note - Think how low our points, and how high yours, would be if the refs were fair though Stevie :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

Aw come on Ed,fair's fair. You cannae have it both ways man. If the ref's were as bad as has been made out,you'd expect the table to be the other way round. That's my point.
Stevie-A-Bear {Ed007's Note - The refs are as bad as made out Stevie. I don't buy into all the bias theories, I just think the general standard of refereeing in football is at an all time low and not just in Scotland.}

Agree0 Disagree0

It's the bias theories i was relating to Ed.
I agree with your point about standards, but we tried that before, and foreign ref's are not any better. Also our game is different to other countries,(a lot more blood and thunder) Even the "alleged" best league in the world (BPL) have shown that refs do need help,because there's been some woeful decisions there too.However refereeing standards and bias are two completely different entities. My post was directed at the latter. Just as a wee aside Ed, where do you stand on the "Technology" debate?
Stevie-A-Bear {Ed007's Note - I think that goal-line technology should be brought in but I wouldn't want to go down the road of using replays, the randomness of football and the debates it causes are what makes the game what it is.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Rangers are 2nd top of the league for bad
discipline. Coming 2nd again? poor wee bears

Hi ed read somewhere D&P saying if Rangers are liquidated,they will lose their history but not their name,as a new co. could simply name swap or something(please enlighten m8.cheers)MACCA {Ed007's Note - I'm not sure how they can do that, a company name 'dies' through liquidation.}

Believable4 Unbelievable6

They can call it Glasgow Rangers 2012 or something as long as its not exactly the same. They should call it "Dirty Theiving Cheating b**tards Rangers, We Dont Pay Our Bills FC

Agree0 Disagree0

Cheers ed.MACCA

Agree0 Disagree0

How about The Loan aRRANGERS?

Agree0 Disagree0

If Rangers are liquidated & want to start as a Newco....then they would have to put everything in place...e.g. Playing ground (min 6K seats), training ground, new first team squad & under 19's squad. It would cost millions aone in signing on fees

Agree0 Disagree0

If liquidated the Spl/ sfa will let them transfer player registration from Rangers to the newco ( a la Leeds) however probably have to rent Murray park and I brokes back from the however ends up owning them

Agree0 Disagree0

Leeds DID NOT liquidate!

Jeezo

Agree0 Disagree0

Rangers 2012 ltd

Agree0 Disagree0

Let them keep their name ! its muck

Agree0 Disagree0

Is there not new legislation coming in to prevent companies like rangers going bust and starting a phoenix company debt free, So surely if they get liquidated they are gone for Good.
