Shane Duffy move is hotting up, spoke to a few Good Derry Bhoys today who say that, he s just waiting on the call, Celtic offered 2million, and Blackburn want 3.5,he is going on holiday on Monday and expects the business to be done before that.

I know Shane Duffy was telling people in Dery a week before B Rodgers got the job that B Rodgers was our new manager

There's a Young lad with the same name at Dunfermline who plays up front not to sure if it's him, that's the only one I know of.

Was looking him up and watched some dunfermline tv vids and their young french morrocan boy looked good. . faisall el bahktaoui.43 goals in 92 games.

Been impressed with el Bahktaoui in the couple of games I've seen him play. Unsure whether he could make the step up but seems to be a real talent.

They take the flak when we make uninspiring signings so they deserve some credit when we pull off a good one. Fair play to the whole club, we seem to be striving for something better this season and long may it continue.

Totally agree kev. Obviously the requisite to this deal is the timing. But opportunities like this come up quite a bit, and admittedly I can't say for definite when we have/ not tried, but I just feel we've took our foot of the pedal whilst the klan have been away. That's water under the bridge though now and those that weren't operating the club as progressively as it could have have seem to have been given a kick up the backside. Onwards and upwards.
