Beerschot get a percentage aswell its not even 1M we will get.

Agree1 Disagree1

{Ed007's Note - That's nothing to do with any sell on clause, the money we're owed is due as solidarity payments under Article 21 of RSTP Regs:

'If a professional is transferred before the expiry of his contract, any club that has contributed to his education and training shall receive a proportion of the compensation paid to his former club (solidarity contribution).'

Beerschot AC were liquidated in 2013 so I don't know if the new club FCO Beerschot Wilrijk are entitled to any monies as they aren't even a professional outfit.}

Cant see why people are getting all excited about development fee or the ones who think we are due sell on clause. What about the millions wasted on likes of Bangura, Pukki, Balde, Boerighter, Cole, CKR, etc? The two clowns who sanctioned these losses are still at club and guarantee same is going to happen again! But wait, PL has just pulled in less than a million from Wanyama! he's a hero.

I can hear the Sevconians "Just because they were liquidated doesn't mean they're a different club"

Agree2 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - It's the same reason why the new TRIFC never got monies owed by Setanta in 2013 - as a different club they weren't entitled to the previous club's money.}

No ones getting all excited DN30 would just like to know if we are getting anything.

ED007 can you please confirm what add on fee (if any) we will get, even some Celtic sites still quoting "£1m windfall from Wanyama" as you say only a development fee is due our way which I would imagine would not top £250k or anything near that, am I near the mark?

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - Training compensation and solidarity payments are different, Timbo and under RSTP Regs solidarity payments are set at a maximum of 5% of the agreed transfer compensation so that's about £550k tops by my reckoning.}
