I'm hearing that Celtic are in discussions with Manchester City regarding a permanent deal for Partick Roberts. The boy is happy to sign.

I would take that over any "marquee" signing.

Me too. Was gagging when he didn't come in for forrest and O'Connell for Janko at half time. Show the bhoy the red carpet. He'll steer us right.

Been doing the rounds for a couple of days this one, as i posted yesterday, will cost us 6 million approx.

We already have Roberts until the end of the season , plenty of time to get a deal done . We need other positions covered for this season coming.

Let's see what happens Bhoys, I'm sure we will make another couple of good signings. Main thing is the new players are better than what we have.

Roberts is here until the end of the season we may get him for 3 million by then, but right now let us bring in two or three 30/ 31 year olds they must be able to kick a ball with both feet and be hard as nails and we must offer them £10/ 15.000 a week that is the type of players we are looking for any names? i bet you there are plenty out there that would jump at the chance to play for Celtic, if want to be in CL year in year out we got to get in six old heads 30/ 31 who want to finish off on a high
with some medals.

What about the draw for CL some of the team seedlings is a joke. I. E Arsenal in pot two and LC in pot one who have never been in CL.

For once I'm glad jankos starting. Just need cover down the wing i'd imagine that's where they will be attacking from!

I'm still confident we will get through but our defence is shocking and Gordon needs to be punted 😣.

Only positive tonight I can find is we are through which I suppose is the point.

CG can't play anymore for us he's getting efe syndrome and although broony was also at fault there is no excuses anymore.
We really need a lambert esq type player in that midfield. There is no composure and anytime we have possession we give it away cheaply with poor passing. The players almost look scared in possession which is frightening considering the way br likes to play.

Hh.

Was Gordon that bad? Pretty sure he saved a PK, which would've seen us out, claimed pretty much every cross n made a few decent, but not spectacular saves. Bar a f*** up from janko he done well. Every fan is entitled to an opinion but celtic fans are maybe the harshest in the game. Broony n James forrest anyone?

One of those comments we can make and live to regret. :)

Talk about that turned out well? :)

Probably the worst game he ever played. At least I hope it was. Would take something to beat that shambles.

Still, Rogers kept him on and that is a terrifying thought.

What game was he watching?

Well said K, CG has took a lot of stick on here and gets no praise for a lot of the good things he does as "that's what he's paid to do". CG more than helped us thru that tie with his pen save and I hope he keeps the jersey until we sign someone else younger and better. Hail Hail.

There where better Celtic teams than we got now, that would win at home by 3-0 and get beat 3-0 away, so the team BR has put together is not that bad if he BR can bring in two/ three more this window then he will be on his way then bring in another two next window and only then we will see what BR can do and i am looking forward to some great times ahead.

CG had a penalty smashed right at him so yeah he did save it.
He was flapping at 1st goal and was involved in the janko mix up for the second.

He's had to many mistakes especially in Europe and personally I have no confidence in him, imagine how the poor defenders in front of him feel.
