I like decent young players as squad fillers. Unless they are our own I don't see the point. If we sign a 18-21yr old player that can start then yeah I'm for it. Just wish we had better first team news.

Maybe he could be converted in to a ball winning midfield player, that we lack, he is a very good player at full back, and has he not played up front as well, or am I getting mixed up?

Within two years if we swap G M S with Patterson we the Internet cynics will be wanting to swap Patterson with another SPL player .
I think its the hatred of us takes the best out of him when he plays against us.

dosent matter who we sign as the way our support is atm we could sign pogba and if he makes a mistake he would get the same treatment as everyone else, when did we become so fickle, season ain't started yet and were already moaning about going out the qualifiers, maybe we should get back to actually supporting the team until such a scenario happens.

Agree with bhoywonder. Our fans are do sceptical these days, it's embarrassing. If Celtic sign a player, why not see how he performs in our jersey before you start all the "aw he was pish there" and "oh but his record ". Celtic will not sign house hold names, if you believe we will then you're a numpty.
Get behind whoever comes in and actually give them a chance to succeed. The demand from the support is unrealistic in my opinion as I personally think the quality in the Scottish game is at an all time low and Celtic is no different.
I hope I am proved otherwise. HH.

Bhoywonder spot on . We signed a young player a couple of years ago and he excelled and even won player of the year . That player Johanson through playing through injury his formed dropped and some of our fans hurled abuses at matches and on forums . Johanson got disillusion and suffered a drop in confidence and it appears he is about to leave .
Has the fans hasten his departure? Does P L ever wonder what's the point?
