I know he used to be one of them but looking at Ajax and how their manager used to work closely with pep at Bayern perhaps we should try get Arteta in as manager no first team experience but must have learned so much at City.

We should never be going for ANYBODY that has no managerial experience.
We are to big a club for people to be cutting their teeth in the job.
