Brilliant result and a fantastic team performance.
I was worried we would not get much joy down the left, with izzy and sinclair, but both players had a very good game.
I feel sorry for sinclair at times, playing on the left and being right footed. Brendan likes him there so he can cut inside, but i feel a lot of his chances fall to his weaker foot like the cup final chance, when he scooped it over the bar.
I would like to see him sometimes get a chance on the right, so he can deliver decent crosses.

I'm not a fan of Sinclair and I think his time is up at the club but I agree he played well yesterday. Put in a good defensive shift as well that made up for Izzy's lack of pace. TBH I don't think he is the best finisher left or right foot. He can Be a bit like Rogic that way - sometimes with pin point accuracy and other times snatches and sky's the ball over the bar. Like when he glided past 2 Killie defenders in the 2nd half then fired over. Hope he proves me wrong though as he seems a decent lad.

Not the best finisher but still ends up the the top goalscorer for his 2 seasons at the club 😂😂.

I'm not his biggest fan either and for the similar reasons. a lot of the play breaks down on his left side if he can't cut in and he runs into trouble regulary when he does cut in . but his work rate . work ethic positional play is as good as anyone at the club . top scorer twice in 3 season s with 48 in 124 games playing on the side of his weakest foot makes a mockery of your claim has "not the best finisher "

Izzy got to be the best reserve lb in the business great signing by Brendan allows young Kieran the odd day off.

Deep river bhoy, i agree with everything you are saying. For the first year and a half, finishing was just natural for him, now it seems he has to think everything through first. I can't recall Brendan ever playing him on his natural side.

Stand by what I said. Would like to see stats on how many shots he has compared to goals. Not denying his goal record however he would score more if his finishing was better and showed more composure at times. I think Rogic has the same issue. As for playing on the left I've no doubt Rodgers plays him there so he can cut in and shoot with his right. Plus he finished top scorer due to the injuries we've had with our strikers.

I think he's just become predictable now and he gets doubled up on, if you eliminate him cutting in then he doesn't score. Still offers a good out and pace on the counter and his movement up front is good. Forrest said himself he was mirroring Sinclair to try add more goals to his game. So he's been a good signing and scored some important goals I think some of the abuse he's taken from fans on twitter is harsh but it's still an area we can improve as he's too hot and cold. Thought he played well yesterday though. Missed r hat sitter and Edouard should've slipped him in.
