Morning Eds is there any word on if we are looking for a new centre half before the CL qualifiers with players away on international duty they will be given extra time away to recover from that?
{Ed007's Note - I'd be a bit surprised if there's any brought in for the the early rounds unless anyone leaves, we've got Ajer, Hendry, Simunovic and maybe even see Compper and Bitton thrown into the mix so we aren't short on numbers. We might even go with 3 at the back of Hendry, Ajer and KT.}

I think your right about enough in numbers I just don't think we have enough in quality.
Ajer is a converted midfielder.
Hendry is a novice.
Commper?
And people were praising boyata for knocking the ball out of play towards the end of season.
No cover at LB.
RB needs addressed.
Hopefully the club is looking to strenghten all areas.

The ability amongst our individual centre halves is fine, hence our fine goal conceded record especially in domestic football. Sometimes in Europe we may try to attack too much and we allow opponent midfield and strikers to get in around our centre defence . This creates a situation that even the best of centre defenders find great difficulty coping with . We need to get our whole team balance right, with everyone defending when we haven't got the ball and not lose the ball quickly and stupidly when we have the ball.
