Balon D’or for that man. Outstanding performances all season and he is so quick. I saw him at Huddersfield a few months back and he was getting balls he no right to get.

@ED. I think the most impressive thing is he seems to be a really humble honest bloke. Maybe a larrson type thing may happen. he does not seem to come across as money orientated at all. But jeeze what a player.

What was the respect my religion thing ed?
{Ed007's Note - During informal talks with Real Madrid Salah's agent brought up a clause they wanted to have in the contract that the club would respect his religion. Now what that actually entails I have no idea and according to Ed002 neither did Madrid.}

It's an example of what is wrong with Western European football if a club of the statue of Liverpool in a league bursting with TV money and sponsorship cannot hold on to a star player for more than a season or two.
