Afternoon Ed,
It's a bit dodgy club the size of us not having a sub goalie on the bench tonight is it not? The boy Willison from the development squad doesn't even have a pic on the Celtic website!
The season before last we were sending players out on loan and still getting game time with the development squad
Surely we must have a recall of Hazard they rate him clearly we would be better off just recalling him than be held to ransom for Carson surely?
Can we recall him? (Y)

I've been trying to find out if there is a recall option and getting mixed responses about it leading me to guess that there's not or the Club would have done so and there would have been some announcement by us or Falkirk.
It's in the rules of the game (G16 of the SPFL Regs) that you must name a sub 'keeper so it does look like Reece Willison will be on the bench tonight.}

I know you cannot factor injury but stuff like that mate makes Murderwell think they can hold us to ransom 200k for a keeper that cost them 10k!

{Ed007's Note - I wouldn't pay £200 for Carson mate. If we're looking at that level then for me it's a pity Hibs got Scott Bain on loan. It looks like all we're looking for is an understudy for DDV so if it is Carson let's just get the Rosaries out that de Vries stays fit.
I don't think there's anything wrong with what Motherwell are doing mate, they know we're loaded and desperate and also that it would really weaken them so late in the window to sell Carson. How much would you have wanted off Chelsea for Gordon last season remembering his age and injury history, would you have been happy with say £500k?
Do you - or anyone else - remember Freddie Woodman from Newcastle that was at Killie on loan a couple of years ago, I've seen a few people suggesting him but I can't remember him at all?}

I would have taken the money ALL day long for CG mate! I said it at the time I don't get that deal at all "Improve players let them move on for more wages" there was talk of 4 mil for CG and him getting 40/ 50k a week
I never heard of that goalie in my puff mate by the sounds of it we would be better aff way Freddie KRUGGER mate what a pair of hands he had (Y) :-P.

Imagine Courtois got injured the week before the window shut and we sold Gordon to Chelsea for £500k with two days left to find a replacement, the fans would be going crazy.}

Marshall wouldn't be on bench. He's better than the our 2 main goalies.
{Ed007's Note - Sitting on Hull's bench - who are 21st in the Championship and only not in a relegation spot by goal difference - shows how good he is. When did you last see him play?}

Woodman is a very highly rated young keeper but Newcastle have their own keeper injuries with Elliott so right now Woodman making the bench.

I am sure some of the youngsters we loan have a clause in their contract that allows them to play in the development team matches as well. This could explain why Hazard was spotted at our training ground after he went on loan to Falkirk.

According to Clyde now, there is no option to get Hazard back.
