Think Johnny Hayes has been guff since he joined needs to go out on loan in Jan to get his confidence back per chance flog him.

Aberdeen got the best deal out of the transfer but I don't think BR will throw in the towel on Hayes so soon, as he knows the player very well and must see potential?
I was hoping for improvement working with better players and coaching but he isn't doing enough to get into the team and some players take longer than others to adapt fo our standards and demands compared to other spfl clubs.
At present he seems like a squad player for early cup ties and easier league games but hopefully he proves me wrong or he will have waisted the greatest opportunity of his career.
