ED007 not Celtic related but football related. I remember you saying you wanted Pocchachino (spelling) as our manager, what do you think of his performances in last 2 seasons?
I agree he is a very good coach, but I do not think he has either a winning mentality or the mental strength to manage a team that can win big trophies. His remarks after the Chelsea game, if I was a Spurs fan I would be raging, he just seemed to accept defeat too easily, and there is no way Spurs will overtake Chelsea for the EPL.
In my opinion his teams will never win the EPL, maybe a league cup, if lucky but no major trophy.

{Ed007's Note - There's plenty of good managers out there that will never win the EPL and I'd say Brendan Rodgers will be one of them. Last season Pochettino lead Spurs to their highest league finish since 1989/90 and if they finish 2nd this year that's their highest finish since '62-'63. They play good football and have the best goal difference in the EPL - 2nd highest scorers and the meanest defence - and a lot of Spurs fans are over the moon to see their club back to being top dogs in North London.
Southampton are also still reaping the rewards of the work he done behind the scenes there as well.
Pochettino's still relatively young at 45 so he has plenty of time to learn and progress his career which will no doubt include managing either Barcelona or Real Madrid at some point.
I'd take Pochettino over the likes of Guardiola all day every day, the Spurs manager has got his team sitting 2nd in the league without spending anywhere near the money Utd or City have spent. I wouldn't completely write off Spurs chances of winning the league just yet but it would be a big ask.}

I think he's a really good manager as well, if he can keep his big players and add one or 2 they will be challenging again for the epl for as long as he's there.

spot on Ed. Spurs are playing some really good football and their stats and league position show what this guy has done on a relatively small budget.

{Ed007's Note - Exactly. Finishing above teams like Arsenal and the 2 Manchester teams would be a great season for Spurs.}

Was discussing exactly this the other day I think he is a great manager.
I think he has a great team and its going to be very difficult to improve, cos if u go thro the team it will be very difficult to improve a position without spending 40-50m on a player.
Goalie maybe but they have a strong defense, midfield with Vic and Dembelle are superb and try and replace Delle Ali and Kane its near impossible.
I would stick with what he got they are still improving and they will be there or thereabouts this and next season.
Their only concern is the others will be spending 100s of millions.
