Here is a radical suggestion. Why not bring in English or Continental referee and officials to remove the local biase (claimed by both sets of supporters) at Celtic V Rangers games? Any thoughts?

Seen it suggested on here before. With the exception of Madden I don't particularly think it's anti-Celtic as I've seen some shockers in games not involving us. More just a collection of pap refs. Something certainly needs to be done. Video is the way forward for me. The SFA needs to get with the times and screen refs as well like in England.

Just seen a post on social media . Don Robertson is the behind the goal official for the semi! Collum referreing and craig Thompson the 4th official? We would be better not turning up and just hand them the cup just now 😂😂😂😂.

@tinytim - when the refs went on strike a few years back we brought over foreign refs and I'm sure there was still debate about contentious decisions then.

Union Jack, I am sure there will always be discussion on ref decisions but it would at least remove the home-grown bias. Personally, I would like to see TV during the game and hear the referee explain his decision (like they do in rugby with no problems) .
The cheating issue makes me very angry as the consequences are not strong enough. Long bans are the way to cut that down.

I'm sure the foreign refs that came over from lower quality leagues actually performed better than the Scottish ref and also with no contentious decisions.
