Seem to me the longer Ronny is away the worse his team plaged.
Ronny tried to set in place the same things that Rogers is doing now.
Difference is the instant respect that Rogers has got because of his reputation.
Players that were bother have been bombed out and the rest toeing the line.
No interference from the board or ceo.

Not disagreeing with the sentiment Kev, especially on terms of the instant respect, but I think a lot of what Rodgers has done/ is doing has been easier because of what Ronny set in motion behind the scenes.
