So we have another goalie.
Fairly pointed comments from BR aimed at CG about passing and distribution.
CG will play Wednesday but looks like he could be keeping the bench warm soon.
Rogers don't miss much! Love the way he is restructuring this team.
Don't know much about DeVries but happy to go with BR judgement.

As you say Prodigal Bhoy Brendan doesn't appear to take any prisoners nor afraid to make a decision in terms of changing things whether it's personnel or tactics. We're only two games into season and there is one thing concerning me though that Brendan won't be able to change. Last week Celtic could have dropped two points after an obvious non-penalty was awarded against us. Yesterday and only week two of the season the referee failed to send off a newly promoted teams player after two horrendous challenges that arguably were not only book able offences but potentially straight reds. Call me paranoid but massive 'honest mistakes' in two weeks strikes me as concerning and over the course of a season could have a major impact. As I said I may be paranoid but just because your paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

I agree Dafabet. In fact I think last nights second string would win the league and I don't even expect a newly promoted team to be second. I'm just not expecting any favours from the refereeing brotherhood along the way.

JFP i really do believe that the penalty we had against us was a honest mistake And I really have no time for any of the refs here but saying that the honest mistakes yesterday have no excuse IMO what is worse is nothing will happen to the Ref as in some sort of punishment from the SFA for what unfolded yesterday what was worse was it was on national TV yet time and time again the SFA let this honest mistake merchant of.

Tony, ok fair point. Last weeks non-penalty was a harder shout for the brother in black but yesterday's failure to yellow and red card a player to give the manager a chance to substitute him was an absolute indefensible disgrace and an affront to the lodge.

I agree it was defenceless black and white spec savers would have a difficult time defending that But he will still get away with it.

I have to disagree. I thought last weeks penalty was worse. The ref had a perfect view, it was a real game changer when we were in complete control and it got their crowd up. Also. The fact that I know the ref Beaton is a Sevco fan probably makes me a little more paranoid.

I asked Ed last week about the GK position I had heard a wee squeak last week that BR didn't think much of CG now BR saying the only two players he regrets losing was DDV and SUAREZ!
DDV be No.1 by Christmas IMO CG will only be 1 slip away (y)

If every Celtic fan I know can see what needed to be done I would certainly hope Brendan can too.
The problem had been that rd couldn't. Gordon needs replaced. We need a centre half, we needed a creative fast player. We needed a striker. We need a right back.
Anybody on here that wasn't aware of this must be insane.
Brendan knows what every dug in the street knows. The difference is he needs to fix it. That's what he will be paid for. Not noticing the totally obvious.

Magi pole surely you know that in the short time B R has been with us he has identified many and removed at least some of our weaknesses . Surely even you couldn't expect any quicker or more accurate making correct our weaknesses . The team is unrecognisable from last year, not in personnel but in performances .
Even our second eleven put on an almighty performance against Inter last night in Limerick, I really thought it was fantastic.

MallytheTally but who else could Deila of choose instead of CG? Bailly is worse and Fasan needs game time.
CG was signed before Deila arrived, so no blame can be put on him for that.
