Yes. I kind of meant finding them at prices we could afford. Then again, left wingers who can put in quality crosses, and really creative midfielders are not that easy to find at any price if the Euro's were anything to go by.

Football is a game of opinion I M O it is unrealistic to think, that in a window or even two we can take the guts out of one team and rebuild that broken up into a better team without having a weaker period in between . Are Celtic teams managers allowed this lean period.

We need a better goalie than Gordon, a solid centre back pairing, a 'Patrick Roberts' on the left and a midfield maestro to pull the strings and maybe another striker?
We can raise funds by selling or releasing most of the following:- Bitton, Ambrose, Boyata, Forrest, Commons, Mulgrew, Fisher, McGregor, Gordon, izzaguire and Ciftci.
Johansen could be included if he wants away and in my opinion, Scott Brown is not the player he used to be.
There is plenty of potential at the club; we just need more class and experience to develope into a great side.

Tick67 yes maybe put O'connell out on loan for year or 2 but I think he's too slow and he's not gona improve on that now buddy.

Scott brown is playing well and getting better, he will skipper the team this year Jo doubt. By the way we couldn't afford to payer with a Roberts type on the other side, we were too easily exploited down his flank yesterday. Not criticising him as he is so dangerous going forward but we need to have the greater solidity and strength across the rest of the midfield.

I just wouldn't rebuild a team just because Barcelona can get the better out of part of the team . We need a better goalkeeper, sure, new need a better player for nearly. every position on the team . That 's living in a dream world, in the real world we can just try to make do with what we have and get in a few players that will strend then us and try to trim the squad of players we definitely don't need.

Just read BR saying he wants 4 in. 1 being Sinclair as LAM. I agree BC, but not a CB, I don't think we'll need one when the ones we've got are fit. Ideally the 4 are:
Sinclair (LAM)
Agree with target man
Agree with a CDM (although surely we need to offload a CM)
But instead of a CB, I'd like to see a GK
Could McNair be the CDM? Bond you got anything on him?
