He's capable of Efe type error, I don't think we can deny that. But I'd have him in our defence over Ambrose all day long.

Of course Kev. It's just the manner of the mistakes sometimes I think is the only way he could be compared to Ambrose. Overall Toure is a better defender. I could pick faults in the signing, but after a few seasons of me screaming out for an experienced CB who has played at a high level it would be pretty fickle of me. He's a good short term option. I'd be more confident going into a European game, particularly, with Toure than Ambrose, Boyata or Mulgrew. Good signing then.

He was a short term option when L'pool signed him on a free 3/ 4 years ago. I think the trend in Glasgow recently has been to go for the more mature centre half
Some say 38 is young.

I agree Jim. The only thing with defensive mistakes is they usually get punished more than any other place on park.
