When do we come into the competition?

I remember when it was group stages in the 60's and they scrapped it, as there were so many 'meaningless' and surplus games and poor attendances.

Another failing by that clown neil doncaster. Most annoying decision, was scottish cup euro place being allocated to premiership team even if a lower league team won or should of got it.

Who decided where the games are played at cz they only play each other once in the group? Final in November too.
