Glen Driscoll been announced tonight as performance director, previously worked at Chelsea Swansea and Liverpool.

What is a performance director?, is it like a choreorographer,?, why can't we just have a manager and a coach, like in the good old days.

Sounds very similar to a DOF - which begs the question again, what is John Park doing for his wages now? Every appointment Rodgers is making is chipping away at Park's duties. Should we call him Mr Rodgers? Dignity/respect and all that....

Parks will be moved upstairs into Lawwell's office to dot the I's and stroke the T's on his bonus contracts.

Parks should be put out on the road as a full time scout . If I remember correctly we were buying better players at small prices when he was doing that, after he came first . I prefer him away from Peter Lawwell.
