Never in doubt for most Celtic fans that the big man would go down there and shine
He's played every minute of every game this season so far
I don't like Arsenal but can't help but think if they had signed vic vvd and Fraser Forster from Celtic they would be a tougher side
But they played in the spl not ligue 1 so not on wenger radar.

Big man a class act don't think he be at Southampton another 2 years never mind 6, think they know it a case sooner rather than later he ends up bigger club, bigger transfer fee for him now way that contract and tbh I can see him playing at the highest level.

I've got to be honest, I had a wee bit of a doubt on VVD cutting it down there when he first left as I thought he didn't step up that well in Europe for us but he's been amazing. Him and Vic in that Arsenal team this year would have put them in with a shout for winning EPL. They were doing alright up to January. Would be interesting if Barcelona or any big club really wanted him in terms of a sell on fee.

A boy in work told me statistically he's been the best CB in the league along with Ottamendi. Don't know exactly which statistics were used but probably saw it on SSN.

I would put him in the top 2 or 3 centre Halfs down there! In fact there is no one I can think of who would be ahead of him! Can defend, pass, score and he's only 24!
