So who is the realistic targets, Lambert, Lennon, Clarke. PL will see them as the cheaper options than Keane, Moyes, Rodgers. Have to say i would rather both Clarke and Lambert ahead of Lennon.
From that 6 i would still prefer Keane, Then its anyone from Moyes, Clarke and Lambert. Lennon and Rodgers would be last on my list.

Get real is all i understood from that Pat. So we can quite safely say no matter who comes in he is going to be hated by someone. What a support we are eh chase out our managers and abuse the ones who haven't even walked through the door yet. What a zombie attitude.

The priority is to win this overdue league title as soon as possible. Then I hope the club make immediate in-roads to name a successor, even if RD has a couple of games left to play.
There are plenty of clubs that name a manager-elect in advance and as long as it is seen as the best candidate available, it should give the club and support a much needed boost for next season.
Of course the new appointment will never please everyone, but the board have to be seen to have learned lessons from the errors of NL and RD's tenures and install a boss who can hold his own in Europe and appreciates the pressures of domestic dominance, while dealing with the distraction and interference of our media's Sevco-Mania.

Not everyone is happy to accept 2nd best Stan . doesn't make us any less of a supporter . would you rather a good manager or someone who is celtic minded because as far as I'm concerned all the names in frame aren't top notch but nust have a pazt to me tbats not good enoughhave a celtic link.

The new man whoever he is will be under fire from the media straight away, the last thing they want is for a Celtic manager that can take us forward.
It's important that the board appoint a strong character who can handle the pressures of the job, I don't think that with sevco in the premier league next season, that it's a job for a rookie.

Deep River Bhoy, 2nd best is unacceptable for Celtic in Scotland. We have to get this appointment right. All i have done is name the people who have been linked by the media and said who i would prefer. Maybe we will all get a surprise but i doubt it, the surprise would be another cheap experiment and someone who won't stand up to PL and tell him to gtf out if the dressing room. I don't care about Celtic minded what other club in Europe employs people on their previous links to the Club. We are where we are and under this Board i can't see us pulling any rabbits from the hat. PL does cheap and he won't change unless DD has hard stern words with him about the way we are being run.

To be honest i was looking at Google at 5am I could not tell you anything about Real and why they want Zidane, All i know is he was one of the if not thee greatest player ever. Either him, Maradonna or Stevie Fulton.
