It would not be like that at all because Stubbs only has 1.5 years experience as a manager but Ronnie had 6 years managerial experience at Strømsgodset. Stubbs has never won anything but Deila has. Stubbs has never managed in the top league of a country but Deila has.
Anyway, if you had actually read what I said you would have noticed that I acknowledged that it was a big step up moving from Strømsgodset to Celtic. However, my point is Deila is not a rookie and that point stands, unless of course you think you need more than 6 years experience to no longer be considered a rookie.

For anyone is doubt on whether or not Deila is a rookie, here is the definition of rookie:
"a member of a sports team in their first full season. "
So unless Celtic was his first job in management he can't be a rookie. Was that the case?
