Well done RD. After two poor results in Malmo and Aberdeen there were calls for your head. After a great result in Europe and a fine performance today by some peoples scope these two results must make you good enough.

jim tim,, away victories at abdeen and ajax came from the same mistakes we never seem to address, yes calling for rd to sacked so early in season is too much , but people have every right too question his decisions and the standards of football ,praise when due yes but surely the right to question when bad

20 Sep 2015 18:57:52
People have every right to question RD if they think he is getting it wrong . It would be right and proper for the same people to give a little praise when it appears he is getting it right .

20 Sep 2015 19:11:58
Somebody gave RD a tactic book, and he read it and changed it and it has worked for 2 games,2 different standard of teams, pity he is a bit slow on the uptake and did not do it sooner,as for the players, they could not have sank any lower so Hail,Hail,we go marching on

20 Sep 2015 19:18:20
Who mentioned peoples rights?

RD has never had a fair crack of the whip

20 Sep 2015 21:04:08
DN30, What do you mean by not giving RD a fair crack of the whip. Last season he failed in Europe but got good results against poor SPL teams, it appears he is doing the same thing this season.
I thoroughly enjoyed the match today, but it's not the sort of match you can make a judgement of the manager, all it tells us is that we are way ahead of the teams in this league, but we have to start doing better in Europe particularly the Champions league qualifiers.

20 Sep 2015 21:33:08
Way ahead of everyone apart from Aberdeen Gerry.agree with u with the fair crack of the whip but! Dn30 how can u say he's not had a fair crack of the whip! There's no other manager in our history who's went out the CL 3 times in the space of a year! I think he's had more than a fair crack! Good result today and a good performance but let's not get carried away! Dundee were woeful today! The games we've really needed to step up and win we've been found wanting! Thursday and today are a step in right directon but let's see how it goes

IN RONNY WE TRUST

21 Sep 2015 09:09:49
This knocked out of Europe three times in a year doesn't settle with me. He was barely in the door the first two. He at least deserves until next season as head coach. Even then I don't agree he should be sacked.

21 Sep 2015 12:29:33
Ronny won't be sacked unless we don't win the league, and I have never said I wanted him sacked, but there are 3 questions that puzzle me.
1. What is it about him, that some people are so attracted by?
2 If we are so fortunate to have this world class coach, who is supposed to be years ahead of his time, then why are all the top English and European clubs not battering our door down trying to get him as their manager?
3. This board who most people seem to think are making a pigs ear of running the club, appointed Ronny. Can a board who have got so much wrong, have got this one decision so right?
I'm only judging him on what I have seen in his time here, and from what I've seen he is pretty average.
I would just like to know, why I should trust Ronny?

21 Sep 2015 14:14:25
Gerryc its clearly evident why some people will never accept him. He is not Celtic minded. This small mindedness amongst some supporters is holding club back. They forget Wim Jansen wasnt Celtic minded and he stopped that mob getting 10 in a row

21 Sep 2015 15:13:55
DN30, what is it about him that you feel make him a great manager?
Wim Jansen won the league in his one and only season here, he improved us in that time.
From what I've seen of Ronny he has taken us backwards in his time here, it's nothing to do with being Celtic minded.
I didn't think Tony Mowbray was very good either, and here was Celtic minded

We are living in strange times . The Govan team are plying their trade in what use to be known as the second division. The Scottish media and it appears referees are trying their best to make Warburton their new Messiah .
The same Scottish media ,especially English and Keevins are using their mouth pieces to ridicule and destroy. Deila . Warburton's press conferences are geared to have as much positivity for the Govan mob, while at every Celtic press conference they are out to get at Celtic in general and Deila in particular . Nothing could have prepared Deila for total biased displayed by media and also referees.

I know It has always been Celtic's fate to draw the short straw, but under Lennon and Deila the bias has been more pronounced .
I don't know if the media are following the small group of Celtic fans who seem to be over critical of our manager , or is it the fans who are following the media .
I think Deila is trying his best and is doing fairly well in difficult circumstances
