For the first time since the overspending cheats disappeared, I am concerned about the domestic year. If Hearts and Aberdeen take points from us this season (which is not out of the question if we don't shore up our defence) we could be in for a fight in the league. Our opponents in the cups will have no reason to be scared to have a go and if we cannot take these games by the scruff of the neck and finish teams off, we will be in the hands of the seriously inconsistent referees. We must invest in our defence.

We are a poor team and have been for a long time now, watching our team play is cringing and not only under delia lennon was no better, let's be honest our reserve team should be good enough to win the treble let alone our first team getting destroyed by malmo. Ronny needs to be sacked asap and get in a manager that can bring back some pride.

Its likely we are going to lose our biggest doner of goals Virgil , whether he is replaced in house or by someone bought in we won't be weakened .
The most important thing is for all our fans to prove they are Celtic supporters and support all our players and try to build up confidence in all our defenders . Players low in confidence cannot do themselves justice on the field .

Old bhoy honestly do u sit and think of garbage to spout! How about we reverse the roles for a change and those at Celtic from boardroom to player give us fans some confidence! Some confidence that we don't just pile our hard earned cash in for sod all! Sick of it falling back onto the fans every time! We've nothing to prove pal! Old Bhoy it does not matter what we say on the forum. That won't make players better or worse. This is just banter between fans. Believe me RD or Ordro are not on reading this and neither are the players. Also I can't see how you can say we won't be weakened if we lose VVD. Losing him will be a big loss, who else do we have? Looking at Stevies post, I agree we are ahead of any other Scottish team but only because of the size and depth of the squad. If Hearts and Aberdeen have their full squad out they will take points off us, but over the season we should have too much for the rest but We need that squad as we have Europa League to play whils Aberdeen and Hearts don't have that distraction. I am telling everyone now, this team under RD is going to go backwards this season and it's going to be closer than last year.
